Our Mineral Core Board flooring is the cleanest choice of modular flooring thanks to the the watertight GenClick® installation system, which eliminates the need for seams and grout where dirt and bacteria can accumulate. This makes it far easier to maintain than solid wood or ceramic tiles. For everyday care, a simple sweep or vacuum usually suffices. When wet cleaning is needed, use a damp microfibre mop with clean water and a small amount of pH neutral all purpose cleaner (pH 7–8). Finish by rinsing with fresh water to remove residue and keep your floor looking pristine.
Every spill tells a story, but none need to leave a trace. Removing stains from this long-lasting flooring, even those that are stubborn, is easy with simple cleaning tips and tricks:
Oil, vinegar, wine, or citrus stains: use warm water mixed with a detergent.
Ink and dark fruit stains: apply diluted alcohol to the stain allowing it sit for a few minutes. Do not scrub. Finally, rinse with fresh water.
Pen and marker stains: rub that area with a cloth with white spirit, then rinse well with water.
Rust: use an anti-rust sponge and rinse with water.
